Order Fulfillment

Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 1–3 business days, provided you have submitted your wrist size and a valid shipping address. Once completed, your order is prepared for shipping.

We use UPS Express for deliveries. Transit typically ranges from 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Free shipping applies to all standard orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Duties and Fees

U.S. Orders

The total amount you pay includes applicable customs duties, taxes, and tariffs where stated at checkout. Our goal is no surprise charges on delivery for covered U.S. routes.

International Orders

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. Due to the complexity of international rules, those local fees may not be included. You are responsible for local customs and duties. We must disclose the true value of package contents and cannot alter that value.

If an order is refused or not collected, you may be responsible for return shipping and related duties or fees.

Shipping Guarantee

We ship with UPS for reliable delivery. Weather and rare carrier delays can still occur outside our control.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, contact us preferably within 10 days so we can open a carrier investigation while it is still possible.
